My home office fee is $10 per patient.

Examination and treatment fee is $150/hour for time spent working on your animal. Additional fees for supplementation if applicable.

Travel fees are based on one-way travel time:

• 30 minutes or less = $40
• 30-45 minutes      = $60
• 45-60 minutes      = $80
• 60-75 minutes      = $100
• 75-90 minutes      = $140

Travel fees can be shared by multiple owners at one location. If I am traveling to a distant area on a specific day, travel fees will be shared for multiple clients scheduled in that area. Please feel free to contact me if you have concerns or questions.

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover), or check are acceptable. Please tell Dr. Landau if you have financial limitations when you make an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY – 48 HOURS NOTICE, PLEASE
There is a $50 fee for no shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Missed appointments are a loss of revenue and prevent me from helping another animal in need. The more notice I have that you can’t keep your appointment, the more likely I will be able to offer that time to another animal.
